Shipping & Returns
All items are shipped standard by Australia Post unless otherwise requested. We allow 2-5 business days to dispatch your order. For buyers in Australia shipping time is within 7 days, for international buyers it may take 7-12 business days to receive goods. If you require insurance, tracking or express post we will provide a quote, please request this option during check out in the Message to Seller box.
All items are weatherproofed and shipped for maximum protection. We will not assume responsibility for packages once they are shipped. Any and all duties, customs fees and applicable taxes that may be incurred are the responsibility of the customer. If the delivery of your package is delayed beyond the 6-10 business days, please call your local Post Office and local Customs office to inquire about the status of your non-delivered package,
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges may be made within 14 days of purchase, products must be in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.
HOW TO RETURN:
First step is to contact us within 14 days of purchase before returning or exchanging products to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note any return postage costs are covered by the customer. Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will credit your account that the transaction originally came from. If you wold like to exchange the item please clearly indicate which item you would like to replace it with.
Defective & Faulty Products
If the item you receive appears defective or faulty in anyway please contact us within 14 days of purchase at email@example.com.
We ask that you to return the product so we can further investigate your claim.
HOW TO RETURN:
Please ensure that the item is sent back within its original packaging otherwise we may decline the claim. After assessing the physical item(s) we will contact you with further actions or information. This may result in a replacement or purchase credit. Depending on the assessment, the customer may be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Please note that items damaged in transit do not comply with these conditions.

Please contact us. We also offer a gift wrapping service and will ship to the giftee's separate address, just let us know before/immediately following your purchase.
